Great value. Access to water park and all inclusive plus we had a free meal in the meat restaurant. Its my 3rd visit. We enjoyed it as much as the other trips. Clean and tidy. Great buffets. We had a room with a jacuzzi. It was lovely. We will return!

Hi, the reception was extremely incompetent — they spent 60 minutes registering me and wasting my time, and then started registering my friends (2 adults and 2 children). The staff demanded an extra €400 for the 2 kids, while the room itself cost €400. That makes it €800 per night, even though the price on Booking was €530. The staff were so clueless that they couldn’t find a simple solution. All they needed to do was make a new booking. I just couldn’t stand it anymore and refused to check in with such incompetent staff, and I didn’t stay at the hotel. Horrible, absolutely horrible — I’ve never seen worse or more clueless personnel!!!

The amount of activities available for the kids.

We had family staying for one week and we booked to stay one night at the hotel to see them (we live in Spain). Fabulous service from staff, allowed early arrival so that we could use the facilities such as the zoo and water park. Great evening entertainment. Transfer buses to Benidorm, zoo, water park and around the resort. Complimentary drinks in room ...... altogether a great night's stay.

So much to do for our two children. They loved it here! They were kept well entertained. Will Definetly return here as the kids were entertained from morning until night. Check in was amazing. We turned up at mid day and got to use all facility’s until our room was ready at 5pm. Who needs your room early when you have lots for the kids to do. Kids had the kids club… foam water party. Water slides in the pool. Disco & arcades! Happy kids = happy parents. Wish we had taken more photos to show other guests. All of our photos have our children in them & prefer to keep these private.

The room is clean and well equipped. There’s a lot on offer on the site and the ultra all inclusive allows you to use their other resorts in Benidorm, which was really handy.
