The hotel is situated in a great,quiet location ,close to shops and beaches . Very friendly staff and nice clean spacious rooms with a big fridge, microwave and a.c . Stairs are quiet steep and narrow so would recommend for people with no restricted mobility

A wonderful holiday in Benidorm, Spain, staying at Hotel Irati. Although it is officially a one-star hotel, we experienced exceptional hospitality, impeccable cleanliness, and an unbeatable value for money. Hotel Irati is located just a 3-minute walk from the beach, in the heart of the beautiful Old Town of Benidorm. We met wonderful people and truly enjoyed an amazing vacation. We arrived from Germany with a delay due to our flight, but the communication with the hotel staff via messages was more than perfect. The room was equipped with a TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, and a modern bathroom with a shower cabin, hairdryer, and other amenities. It is worth mentioning that smoking is not allowed inside the rooms, which is absolutely fair and beneficial for both the hosts and the guests. However, an ashtray is provided on the balcony, making it the designated area for smokers. The room was cleaned daily, and the towels were changed every day. The safety of personal belongings was clearly a priority, as the room was equipped with a personal safe. I highly recommend Hotel Irati for a successful and enjoyable holiday stay. We hope to return one day to this wonderful, vibrant city full of life!

Location was fantastic, close to everything in either direction. The English breakfast was lovely. All staff were great and I was very impressed with the help and communication leading up to our trip and during our stay. The room we had A1 was nice enough, bed was comfortable and the big fridge was a win. Bathroom was nice too. Staff work hard with cleaning. I think its great value for money. The views just at the top of the street are just beautiful, also across from reception is a small gate for quick beach access which is good.

Everything ... There is not one thing I could fault. The location, how clean the place and the room were, the bathroom. Everything you could need and more in a great location, just 1 minute to the restaurants, shops, sea..... Will definitely book again ☀️

The property was within a few minutes of walk of sea and bars on a side road so great location. Alicia was lovely and the breakfast was great. The room was basic, but spotless . comfy bed and lovely big shower room. great size wardrobe , hair dryer had a fridge microwave and a table and chairs! located on side street and our experience was it was quiet!
