Hello Alba, thank you for your message. Everything went well at check-in, the lady at reception helped us with the key. The apartment is nice and equipped as described. I would like to mention a few things. Unfortunately, the lights on the balcony don't work, the lightbulbs just flicker but don't give off any light. In the bathroom, you can't switch between the shower head and the faucet, the pin for this is stuck on the faucet. It's a shame that the whirlpool on the 47th floor is closed and the snack machines don't work either. But what is extremely annoying and spoils the stay is the smell in the shower. It smells of feces and sewage. You can't use the room because the smell is so strong that it gets into the bedroom even when the door is closed. I have already reported this to reception. Unfortunately, it hasn't improved to date. Perhaps you can help us with this? Thank you very much for your support. Best regards Kunibert Kappel No Answer, nothing happens

The Intempo is an exceptional building and this apartment was perfect for us. Very clean, great beds and of course the amazing view even though it was the 3rd floor. Thanks to Ana in the office who was extra helpful with our check in and out. The cafe in the building has fantastic coffee and a small but delicious range of food.
