“Nice apartment but ruined by building site next door. NOT suitable for families”

Property above 3 pubs loud shouting and screaming from drunk people, inside property drunk famillys with children banging from padt midnight till early hours , more door banging and shouting in flats and main stair well, constant drilling g from construction site a Ross the road, sofa missing , pictures make it look nicer than it is, we checked out early and had no sleep for 6 nights! Wanted a refund but benidormbooking.com who manage it passed blame onto apartment owners , avoid avoid avoid

Great location up a slight hill. Short walk to the beach. Nice and clean on arrival. Apartment block looks quite runned down from the outside but the apartment itself was good.

“Holiday from hell”
This was a holiday from hell been to Benidorm about 20 times this was worse ever had building work going on all from 7-30 am to 6pm one day we had no water and another no electric asked to be moved by the office said they didn't manage any other apts in block to be honest they couldn't be bothered we recorded to the drilling that went on but still wouldn't move us definitely won't be booking through you again
