Location, pool area

Nice shower with good pressure and plenty of hot water. Mini fridge in the room. Nice open sea view (only if your room isn’t on the lower floors).

The location was very good near the city center and the beach was just in front, the rooms has balcony with a very beautiful sea view. The room was clean,the housekeeping is everyday,the bathroom is with a tub. They have good breakfast and you can eat on the teracce were you can see the see. The stuff is professional and they act quick

Far enough from the strip but only €10 euros in taxi(don’t use uber) and can pay cash or card, the hotel order it at reception. Pool clean, room offered to be cleaned daily also. All rooms have a lovely view, don’t be put off by the construction work, as not really that noticeable even with balcony door open

“Spanish elderly”

Lovely and clean in rooms etc, cleaning staff work hard, all staff do, all rooms have. Sea view its beautiful, pool area great an big pool, Sandra on bar is so helpful always smiling , elderly Spanish guests think they own the place ,can be rude especially at the lifts,brekky was nearly same everyday but nice, coffee out of machine yuk,

Very good location very clean and Brilliant accomodation

The location of the hotel is very nice, only a 15-minute walk to the Old Town and 1st line to the beach. The breakfast was well stocked and not too much waiting time to get fresh fried eggs or coffee/tea. The sea view was great, and they accommodated 2 rooms next to each other as requested.

The view from the room is lovely, overlooking the pool and the sea.

“Short spring break”

Location suited us…beautiful sea view from the balcony but away from the hustle and bustle Benidorm is famous for. Hotel is clean, the staff are professional, the food is acceptable for a buffet the entertainment in the bar is ok.

“We wouldn't stay there again....”

The hotel was clean, the food was nice with plenty of options . There is a games area for the younger ones and a pool table in the bar area. The pool area was nice. The hotel is a 25 minute walk to the centre but its a lovely walk and you dont notice it. And it cost €6 in a taxi on the days we didnt want to get our steps in. There is a corner shop just over the side road to the hotel that sells the usual snacks alcohol and towels etc.
