“A disappointing but ok stay”

The location was perfect as we were visiting the Benidorm Palace.... you couldn't be closer. We only stayed one night. The staff were very welcoming. The common areas seemed ok but we weren't there long enough to enjoy them. We did have one drink in the bar which was ok. There was very little atmosphere but that may be down to the time of year.

Breakfast was what you would expect, some of the breakfast could have been hotter i.e. hash browns, sausages.

The stay was excellent the staff where very friendly extremely helpful and courteous. The hotel was spotlessly clean well serviced and all areas were immaculately maintained. The restaurant had a fabulous selection of food catering for all tastes and diets. The pool was wonderful and the private sauna/jacuzzi pool area was lovely. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable equipt with a mini fridge, a tv and a safe which covered all needs. The bathroom was well maintained and the power-shower was fantastic with constant hot water. We had an amazing few days and will definitely be returning, we highly recommend the hotel!

The food very tasty, there were lots of fish dishes and these are my favourites. The meals were variable each evening and hot to taste. The staff always made sure that we had wine or beer with our meal. The all inclusive deal were very generous and the choice of beverages both non alchoholic and alchoholic were really good value. We loved the friendliness and helpfullness of the bar staff. The lady during the day were so entertaining and fun. The entertainment team during the night were also so friendly and positively encouraged customer participation. Pool areas both indoors and out looked fabulous, I used the indoor one and it did not not dissappoint. Always sunbeds by the pool and the weather were pretty good during our stay. All in all both myself and my friend would return to this hotel. 20 mins to walk to centre and beach, the hotel were just about enough distance away from Benidorm town. Around 5 euros for a taxi

Breakfast was very good. The staff were for the most part excellent. Location for us was very good.

I liked the location. The buffet was very good and drinks in the bar reasonably priced. The bar staff were very friendly and tried very hard to interact with us.

The Hotel, is the ideal location for the Benidorm Palace, which is what we wanted, the Hotel is very, very clean food was good, rooms where very well kept, the staff are very helpful,

“One night stay”

We booked this hotel as we were going to a show at Benidorm Palace. So the location was perfect as it is literally across the road. The staff were lovely especially in the restaurant.

A few people by the pool with their own music very loud . Also people in their room music very loud. Some guests wore inappropriate clothes for meals even though there is a sign saying dress code .staff didn't adhere to it. Feel that more staff need to be more vigilant on guests making g a nuisance

The layout was good surrounding the pool. Not too high, only 2 storeys. Perfectly placed for the Benidorm Palace.
