“Excellent time at Lidl hotel. I would defo recommend staying here”
Great location but it’s up a steep hill which may not be good for people with poor mobility. Great staff and clean spacious room. Excellent view over the sea too. Great bar and terrance area.

Unfortunately, our room did not meet our wishes and expectations. We expected a view of the beach and a beautiful city from the sea, but unfortunately this was not the case. Pleasant staff, room cleaning every morning. Clean room

“Overall good. Fish dinner dreadful. Breakfast eggs were cold and horrible. Staff excellent.”
The bedroom was great. Love the bath and shower. Wifi worked very well. Staff very friendly and helpful. Options not to have room service each day. We do not need towels washing every day so that was respected. Breakfast cheese and bread rolls were good. My husband enjoyed proper English-style sausages. Dinner tomatoes were delicious. We had an early start to get to the airport and breakfast picnics were provided instead of breakfast. Excellent and generous.

Good location, hill up to it which may cause problems for someone with mobility issues. Area felt safe compared to many other areas of Benidorm!

“All in all a lovely little gem.”
A little gem of a hotel. We were lucky enough to be allocated a balcony room with a super walk-in shower. The view is simply stunning. Mostly Spanish guests which we found really nice so food was a bit different to other hotels we have stayed in, and dinner time was a little later than expected- 8-10 pm. It was still very nice and a really good variety. The walk into town was only 10 minutes downhill and you can get taxis back if you really needed. We are in our 60s and only got a taxi a couple of times (mainly because my shoes started to hurt from all the dancing!) Lots of steps down to the pool and sea but if you are fit enough these are not a problem. THE STAFF ARE FANTASTIC! We loved The Lido.

“Lovely place”
Liked everything, very welcome and friendly staff. Situated right on the beach, you can go and swim straight from the hotel and was one of the best sea at the area, I enjoyed my stay every moment. Food was better then restaurants i tried. Clean and comfortable
