The location in the old town part of Benidorm is excellent. It is very central. It’s a small but wonderful boutique hotel. The staff are so friendly all the time. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Excellent continental breakfast. This hotel is a total gem.

“A Fabulous stay in Benidorm”

The hotel was central to shops and restaurants.Both beaches Levante and Poniente were only a short walk away.Facilities in the hotel were great,a very comforta le big bed,a mini bar and a lovely shower An amazing plus was the fact water and soft drinks were replaced every day completely complimentary ,Staff were very friendly and buffet breakfast was always fresh,

Staff are super friendly and helpful, perfect location, bed was big and very comfortable, whole hotel was spotlessly clean, close to the beach and central to the shops and restaurants, lovely hot shower, lots of tv stations and english ones too, air conditioning was a treat, full size hairdryer, large fridge, free safe, pastries and hot drinks available through the night. Breakfast was good, fresh every morning with breads, meat, cheese, eggs, cereal yoghurt, pastries and fruit.

Excellent location for visiting the Old Town. The staff were fantastic especially Jaime who really looked after us, nothing was too much trouble for him. Rooms are small but perfect with big bed, air conditioning, a safe and fridge which is re-stocked daily with water and soft drinks.

Beautiful hotel very tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Great location right in the centre of Benidorm Old Town. Our room had an extra large double bed which was very comfortable. Staff were amazing - special thank you to Jaime and David for being so attentive and for all their assistance.

“Great value for money in heart of old town”

Great location in the middle of old town. The hotel definitely deserves all the praise it gets. Although it’s a two star hotel it outshines a lot of expensive hotels we have stayed at. We requested extra blankets and the staff went above and beyond to make sure that they could make our stay as comfortable as possible and that our needs were met. Complimentary water and sodas in the mini fridge was a great and pleasant surprise! The room layout was thoughtfully planned with a great sliding wardrobe, and lots of shelves that you could put stuff on. Breakfast was great value for money.

Bed was huge and super comfy. Very clean and although it was room only, the space was really organised. Free safety deposit box and free water/pop in the fridge. All staff were superb, a real credit. Continental breakfast was excellant, as was the way it was presented. Definately returning. Location was fantastic.

Very friendly and attentive staff, the hotel and room were spotlessly clean, huge bed very comfy, a very good variety from the buffet breakfast, ideal location bars, restaurants and shops, 2 minute walk to the beach. 100% would stay again and highly recommend.

Perfect location, spotlessly clean, friendly staff. We were in the suite which had a kettle as well as a coffee machine and a fridge (which was topped up daily with water and juice). Also liked that the hairdryer wasn't attached in the bathroom, so it could be plugged in anywhere. Huge walk in shower too.
