Property is perfectly located - 10 minute walk from the main strip, with a perfect sea view. Rooms and beds all perfectly clean - some pots/pans could have done with a bit of a clean. Pool is perfectly fine but nothing amazing. There are no amazing facilities here - but the accommodation is perfect for anyone looking for somewhere affordable, and perfectly located in Benidorm. Accommodation manager (Ismael) was really helpful and welcoming.

The apartment was spotless, large kitchen/living room area and 2 separate double bedrooms with lovely fresh white towels, bedding, great kitchen area with washing machine, fridge freezer, ironing board/iron, hairdryer, travel plug, coffee machine with complimentary pods, tea bags, washing up liquid, cloths etc, shower gel, shampoo, hand soap in bathroom. Great shower! the owner has thought of everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Large TV in lounge and each bedroom had its own smaller tv, all rooms have a ceiling fan and AC. The couch turns in to a double bed so can sleep up to 6 people. The best part of the apartment is the AMAZING view! Absolutely fantastic view with beautiful sunsets. There is no balcony but it did not affect our stay. I would recommend property to couples or families.

“Highly Recommend for group weekend away 10/10”
Property was perfect for what we wanted it for. Group weekend away. Good location, close to beach and all the bars. Host was responsive before landing and very welcoming when we arrived (even though it was later than originally planned). Everything explained well and we all had a great time. Would return and stay at Hany Apartment.

One of the workers / owners met us at the complex to hand over keys, We were then given a tour of the facilities and were given recommendations of the nightlife and area.
