Located 150 metres from Benidorm’s famous Levante Beach and 50 metres from Benidorm's old town, Apartamentos Avenida offers air-conditioned apartments and a shared sun terrace. The property is a 5-minute walk from Poniente Beach. The apartments have 1 or 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The living space includes a satellite TV, sofa bed, and dining table. The kitchenette is equipped with a hob, microwave, and fridge. Bed linen and towels are provided. Please take note that the apartments have two different views: interior courtyard view and street view, not confirmed until check in. Guests can enjoy a 24-hour front desk and currency exchange services. The facilities of Avenida Hotel, located across the property, are also available: a rooftop swimming pool, gym, hot tub, and sauna. There are various shops, cafés and restaurants within 100 metres of Apartamentos Avanida, located in a pedestrianized street, and there is a grocery shop a 5-minute walk away. Villaitana Golf Resort is 3.5 km from the property and Terra Mítica Theme Park is 10 minutes away by car.

“Value for money & great location”
The location is great, and the price is competitive, which is why we return. The rooms are basic but clean, and use of hotel facilities across the road. However, we were informed by the staff that the apartments are no longer going to be part of the Avendia hotel or Mareny Sol chain from November 2025. They weren't sure if they would be closing completely or being taken over by another company and remaining open.

“Close to amenities but desperately in need of an upgrade in furniture”
Had to leave a cash deposit for potential damage which we weren’t communicated about. We had cockroaches in the apartment. The sofa bed was desperately in need of repair or replacement. The air conditioning didn’t work and it was noisy the location is very central so the noise wasn’t a surprise just a lot louder than expected. The sofa bed also hadn’t had its sheets changed so we had to go and get a replacement. Don’t think we’ll be back

“Avenida apartments”
Stayed numerous times over the years and never had any complaints. Always good value. Basic but everything you need. Staff always helpful if any problems. Sad the company have sold them at the end of this year.

“Old town apartment”
Location was 10/10. Apartments do need a refurbishment, very dated. Hot water runs out very quickly so if there is anymore than 2 in the apartment wanting to shower all after each other you will guarantee a cold shower if your one of the last, we did have a problem with the hot tap not turning on but maintenance came and sorted it out. Air con didn't work in the room thankfully it wasn't too hot where we needed it. 100 euro cash deposit was asked for when we checked in, when we checked out it was given back but the room wasn't checked prior to getting it back so it really defeated the reason they asked for it in the first place, had to be cash they wouldnt take a card.... We liked the fact we could use the hotel across the streets roof top pool saved us paying for beds every day at the beach. All in all, the location made up for all the negatively. Would I come again? Maybe for a couple of days as we where out most of the time so it was a basic room to lay our heads at night however as a week holiday I'd choose the partner hotel across the street.

I have been staying at the hotel and Apartments nearly 30 years .with my wife died 2017 .Still kept coming in 2020 and twenty I found a wonderful spainish lady staying at the hotel and Esprazia got us together .so I go to Valenica and she stays in England ..we never go anywhere .else just come back we have already booked for November. Also like the thank Carmen a Julia . At Apratments . Many Thanks..
