“Was an amazing holiday”

There was a lot of space, everything we needed was there. The ground floor was separate from the upper 3 bedrooms which was good for us as our oldest son and his girlfriend had their own little apartment.

We had a fantastic stay at Dream Villa. 4 adults, loads of space to mooch about, inside and out. Very comfortable week, and a lovely relaxed holiday in a super property and beautiful surroundings.

“Amazing Villa in beautiful and quiet area”

The villa is wonderful. It's beautifully situated on a hillside with stunning views of the valley, mountains, and the sea in the distance. It's about a 15-minute drive from the sea. The villa is spacious and clean, equipped with practically everything you need. The beds are very comfortable. Air conditioning is in every bedroom and living room. The pool is great, not only for fun but also for swimming. The host provided everything we needed. We arrived at 1 a.m. and didn't have the opportunity to shop, but the host took care of it and left us plenty of food and drinks. This was very nice. We didn't have the opportunity to meet Dave in person, but communication was very good via WhatsApp. Dave responds quickly and takes great care of his guests. The area is very peaceful. If I had to point out any negatives, I'd have to be a malcontent. I rarely return to the same place, but we will definitely stay here again in the future because of the interesting region to explore, and above all, because of the beautiful villa and Dave's care.

Location very quiet with lots of lovely walks around. You need a car or need to enjoy walking which was fine by us. Accommodation was very spacious and well kept and the pool was lovely.

“Fabulous”

We had a wonderful holiday in this fabulous villa. Clean, comfortable, with every facility you'll ever need and the most helpful owners who were super quick to respond to any questions we had. The area is breathtakingly beautiful and very peaceful, and the villa's various seating and dining areas on different levels make the most of stunning views of the Orba valley, mountains, the sea on the horizon and the adjacent pine forest. The private pool is well maintained and provided hours of fun for our family. A truly memorable holiday.

“Relax at the dream villa”

Fantastic villa located near the small town or Orba, with tremendous views overlooking the valley out to the sea. Everything in the villa was spotlessly clean and modern. The air-con throughout the property was new and easy to use , the pool is a great size and there's plenty of places outside under cover to eat and relax, and the beds are super comfy. We stayed for a week with my family and it was perfect. I can't recommend this property enough for a chilled week away. The owners are only too happy to help with recommendations etc, and instantly reply on WhatsApp. No hidden surprises with this one, it really is a dream villa 😍

“Perfect Holiday destination”

Every aspect of this beautiful villa was amazing. Whether it be the pool ,the 3 balconies to choose from, the upto date facilities, the fantastic views, the quiet location, the cleanliness. The list could go on, but the stand out to us was the communication from the owner. They couldn't have been more helpful, from recommendations to beaches and restaurants, to finding us somewhere to get food from late on a sunday evening on our arrival day as most shops/restaurants we could find were closed.We cannot thank them enough.

“One of the best vacations ever”

It was an amazing house with everything you need. We spent 10 nights there and explored the area. The weather was great.

The house was really spacious, even for a group of eight people. It’s a nice view of the mountains and see, and you can spend a time on a big balcony. The equipment of kitchen is really good, you can find there every thing you need. The host is ready to help anytime you need something. Recommend this place a lot! It was 15 mins to the see and neighbourhood is quiet and calm.

Everything about this property was superb. The villa had everything a family needs for a really comfortable stay. Pool and property really clean, excellent views and a lovely peaceful location for a relaxing holiday. Denia beach is only 15-20 minutes drive and local supermarket just 4 minutes away. Communication with owner was excellent and it was obvious that he wanted to make sure that we were happy and that we had a great holiday.
