“Dated hotel but still functional”
Good motel style hotel on the outskirts of Beni Mellal. Pool was lovely with beautiful views, vegetation and wildlife surrounding it. Room was big and reasonably clean, with private balcony overlooking the pool.

“The worst hotel I have seen in my Life Thanks”
The hotel needs to be fully refurbished all the facilities are very old and uncomfortable It is not worth four stars. Very bad

rooms are tired and need updating. poor breakfast - basically just bread and no fruit. evening meal was appalling. Extremely slow service and very limited selection.

“Should be a 1 star hotel”
Dirty bathroom full of limescale. Loud music till 11pm from restaurant . Dirty smelly towels , dirty blankets with stains on.

“Spacious, authentic, peaceful.”
The hotel has a classic feel to it. The environment was very calm and is away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The land out the back of the hotel is vast and is excellent to be enjoyed in the sun - for the price this is absolutely unmatched from anywhere I have ever stayed. Top marks for value just to enjoy this. A couple of the reviews comment on yellowed apparatus and the rooms needing restoration - while the feel is not contemporary it has its own unique charm, and as a tourist this is something to be revelled in - and is as clean as anywhere else I have been. Ouzoud has kept a traditional, dated charm which should appeal to many. The staff are very attentive and speak English enough to get by in a city that there is very little English spoken. I feel my review on my stay is not only specific to me as a solo traveller - with spacious rooms and beyond making it suitable for families also.

“Dirty hotel with good AC”
The AC worked, the pool and breakfast were also mediocre! There were only four fridges, but we goty one, and it was fine.

“First stay”
The staff at hotel are the best at what they do. Management has been very helpful and responds to requests at earliest. I would say the staff helped me enjoy my trip to Beni Mellal.
