“Very underwhelming”
Incredible chef, hotel restaurant was easily a highlight of our stay. Meals were sooooo good for the one dinner we managed to have there its pushing my grading upwards significantly. Would return for a meal for sure. Good massage. Location close to main square but in calmer side streets.

I highly recommend this hotel! Everything was great ,the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and the room was clean and spacious. The location is also very central.

Hotel personal was very kind and very helpful and full service /customer minded. Thank you! Perfect Breakfast, quiet and modern rooms. Although from outside the hotel can not easily be identified as a hotel it is very modern inside.

Excellent selection of good quality breakfast food. The breakfast area was lovely and clean, the food well presented, staff attentive and lovely views from the room over the town. It was a lovely meal in a lovely location.

Perfect stay over near Prague and Konopiste. The hotel is beautifully designed and renovated. The staff is friendly and responsive. The breakfast is really good.

“Horrible”
Bad leaking in the toilet. Hotel reception didn’t show they were sorry about the complaints and leak. In the toilet, shower nozzle is out of control and water is out of the bath tub. It is very slippery in the tub.

“Wrong amount charged for my stay”
Wrong amount charged for my stay, not sure if it Booking or Hotel issue but very poor customer care both sides. Being Genius and travelling with Booking in the last 10 yrs I would have expected different approach.

“Not bad but overpriced”
The room was not big but it was overlooking the small garden, to which it was possible to get directly from the room. The personal at the reception was helpful. We also liked the breakfast.
