Kaarina is a lovely host, very welcoming and helpful. The apartment is central to everything you need was able to walk to all the amenities.

Property is ideally situated on the lower floor close to the pool. The apartment has all necessary items to ensure your stay runs smoothly. Close to cafeteria bars and restaurants and supermarket a few mins walk. We liked being nearby Palloma Park and Arroyo de Miel. Location is walkable to beach and marina area. Kaarina the host is wonderfull and can’t do enough for you.

“Perfect apartment”

Lovely quaint apartment just next to Bonaza Square, it was very clean and had everything we needed for our trip and even had some kids toys for our son to play with. The owner was in contact regularly via WhatsApp to make sure everything was okay and to see if we needed anything. There was also a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived. It had a nice balcony with table and chairs and a nice grass area for kids to play. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Location was excellent, had shops, restaurants and bars all around, pool was good, would have liked the full pool open but understood as it’s not peak season … host ( Kaarina) is wonderful. So helpful with recommendations and she checked in to make everything was ok. Also checked in to see if we were ok after the power cut that affected most of Spain. The property has everything you will need for self catering

“Winter holidays”

Bright and cosy apartment with our own entrance from the garden. There's everything what you may need :Two big beds,new soft pillows, blankets, TV, fully equipped kitchen and even pack of milk,some tea, coffee and a bottle of wine kindly left by Kaarina. It's close to shops and beaches, a beautiful park is only 3 minutes walk. Kaarina was always in touch when we needed. The Swimming pool is great in summer time. Definitely we will return.

It is a very well laid out spacious apartment with everything you need. Kaarina is a kind and helpful person who was always there if we had a question. There are lots of shops and restaurants at your doorstep.

“Amazing stay from start to finish!”

Location close to the beach, park and Mercadona is perfect. Communication with Kaarina before and during the stay was excellent. She is extremely helpful. Picking up the key at reception is efficient and easy. The apartment is on the ground floor with a lovely little terrace leading onto the grass, very close to the pool area. The studio is a good size with absolutely everything you need. The apartment is modern and extremley clean. It has Netflix and Prime included. I have already booked my next stay!

Couldn't fault it to be fair, it suited what we were after, a bolt hole for the week whilst visiting relatives in Arroyo. Kaarina was lovely, very welcoming and went through everything when we arrived, very helpful !

The apartment was very clean and close to everything i.e. bars, restaurants, supermarket etc. The owner Kaarina was very friendly and on hand to help if you needed her.

The apartment was clean. There was a nice surprise waiting for us. Karina was very helpful and gave some recommendations. There was no problem to find a parking nearby. It's possible to check out any time because of 24h reception.

Exceptional property great location, very clean and comfortable bed, 2nd time here for us, it was even better than the first stay, thank you Kaarina for your kindness, lovely bottle of wine left for us also crisps, biscuits, tea, coffee, milk, sugar. The property has good black out curtains felt very safe there, great balcony overlooking beautiful garden, will book again many thanks

The meet & greet. The apartment has been completely refurbished and was spotless. Had everything we needed and more. Nothing bad to say about it! The host was super nice and helpful and gave us recommendations on where to eat etc, a kettle broke and was replaced within the hour. Excellent service and communication throughout.
