We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Everything was perfect. The hosts were very friendly and helpful—they even waited for us despite our late-night arrival, which we truly appreciated. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and very well equipped. Everything was exactly as described—you can simply arrive with a carry-on bag and feel at home right away. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. The sofa bed in the living room is a bit older, but my children slept very well on it. I’m not sure how comfortable it would be for an adult, but it worked perfectly for us. Even though the building is located near a main road, you can’t hear any traffic noise at all. With the balcony door open, you can only hear the relaxing sound of the waves. We had no problem parking our car right in front of the building. We would also like to say a big thank you to the owners—we truly felt that they took great care of us throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.

Apartment was spotless clean, all mod cons. Listen to sea at night, look at the sunset and see the sunrise in the morning. Close to a few restaurants and a shop about 5-10 minutes if you turn right. Lovely walk down to Fuengirola to the left with lovely beach setting, sun beds and restaurants. Shout out to Fibbers Irish Bar for lovely homely food. Hosts are very helpful and contactable.

The host was very friendly and helpful. The location at the beach was excellent. The apartment was very clean and nice. The bed was very comfortable. An elevator right to the beach with very few people. We had breakfast every morning on the balcony with a wonderful seaview. Well equiped kitchen, including spices, made it easy to cook. Parking space in front of the house. We would highly recommend this apartment.

This was an unforgettable place with incredibly kind and attentive hosts. Upon our arrival, the host went above and beyond by offering to meet us at the train station and drive us to both the grocery store and the house. When we arrived at the apartment, we were warmly welcomed with great hospitality. The apartment itself was spotless—everything sparkled, and it was extremely clean, making us feel right at home. The location is peaceful and well-maintained, with only the soothing sound of the waves in the background. We spent many mornings and evenings watching the sunrises and sunsets from the spacious terrace, which offers a breathtaking, jaw-dropping view of the crystal-clear sea and private beach. The apartment had absolutely everything we could possibly need—from kitchen utensils to sun loungers and a beach umbrella. Additionally, public transport was very convenient and easily accessible. Words cannot fully describe the warmth and responsiveness of the hosts. If you're looking for a quiet, cozy, and comfortable place to stay, these apartments in sunny and beautiful Benalmadena are perfect for you!

I do not have enough words to describe La Perla Playa apartment and its hosts and how good we felt during our stay. Pilar and Victor are great hosts, very welcoming glad to help their guests with everything and to make the feel like home. The apartment is right on the beach, which is somehow private, only the guests of the building having direct and easy access. The view is SPECTACULAR, we enjoyed every single moment spent on the balcony, during mornings or evenings. La Perla Playa apartment has everything youcan need for a very confortable stay (and all of them in very good condition), washing machine, apliances, disheses, dishwasher machine, coffee maker, etc. The parking is very accessible, right in front of the building and we do not have any problems finding a free spot, at any hour. The beach is very clean with cristal waters, very suitable for families with children. Markets are very close to the apartment (like 9 minutes by car there is a very good Mercadona), restaurants, bars whithin walking distance. However, you will receive plenty of very good recommendations from Pilar abd Victor. For was was a great holliday and, for sure, we will comme back next year to them. 😀

The apartment building is practically on the beach. The owners were incredible, very friendly, and helpful. We arrived very late in the night and they waited for us. Also they left us some food in the fridge so we could eat in the morning before going shopping. Very nice gesture. In the apartment, there was everything you could possibly need. Including toothpaste, beach towels, etc. In truly recommend staying there.

Everything was just perfect! The place, the private beach, the apartment with absolutely everything you may need, the balcony with the sea view, the friendly hosts... Lots of hygenic and cleaning products, towels, pillows, blankets, wi-fi, even USB ports next to the beds for charging mobiles. The owners thought of everything to make our stay wonderful. Accommodation in an amazing place. Beautiful sea view in the first line. Beach a few steps from the accommodation. Great communication with the landlord. They were helpful in everything. We were given lots of tips on where to go. The apartment was wonderfully equipped. There was everything we needed. We would definitely love to come back.

The flat is absolutely wonderful, very well furnished, perfectly located and with a stunning view. You can enjoy the sunrise every morning and be lulled by the gentle sound of the waves every evening. The direct access to the private beach is the cherry on top of the cake. The water is perfectly clear and clean. The host are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. They were so helpful and sent me many recommendation for activities, restaurants, beaches etc... Really a 10/10.

It was amazing. The place, the comfort. There was such a homemade atmosphere. Pilar, the host, was so helpful. The apartment is so well equipped.
