We've stayed here before which is why we returned. We love the situation, at the quiet end of Benalmadena. The apartment is spacious; the balcony is large also with a gorgeous view out to sea, over the little Viborillas beach below, and away to Fuengirola in the distance. Nick has thought of everything you might need, to provide for a very comfortable stay. We used the swimming pool this time and wish we'd thought to use it before on previous stays. It's large, very well maintained and the water was just so lovely.

Absolutely stunning location with incredible sea views. The apartment itself is fresh, has everything you need. The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes walk away, the beach and a great restaurant are 2 minutes away. Nick is a very attentive and helpful host. Communication was instant and smooth. I highly recommend

A fabulous beach side apartment, in a quiet location but only a short bus ride from Benalmadena. There is a small beach right beside the apartment and numerous restaurants, also a large supermarket is only a 5 min walk away. Nick is a great host and takes great pride in his accommodation. I would highly recommend the Costa Quebrada Residecial 1.

The location: while walkable to the busier parts of Benalmadena Costa it was in a quiet setting, right overlooking the beach/sea rolling in. We'd stayed here before and expected it to be lovely, which it was. The apartment itself: the property is kept extremely clean; it's spacious and the large balcony is wonderful. We contacted Nick about an issue and he came very promptly to sort it out. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need and the Mercadona supermarket is not far away. You have to climb a steep hill to get to it but then it's easier coming back down the hill with the shopping. There are even lightweight chairs supplied for taking down to the beach. We'd have no hesitation whatsoever in returning to Nick's apartment again.

Everything was great. Large apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, very large sunny terrace with the sea view. Comfy beds. Kitchen has a lot of things. We had a great time there

We loved the super cleanliness; the spaciousness; the great kitchen & bathroom; fantastic balcony with dining table & chairs & sofa for snoozing on/reading in the shade to the sound of the waves rolling in; great view over Viborilla beach; big Mercadona supermarket only a few hundred yards away. Nick, the owner, was flexible with arrival and departure times and kindly rang for a taxi for us on our departure.

the space and the view. it was amazing. the appartment is complete with anything we needed. the location is superb. we were blown away by the view from the balcony, which was also spacious. the sound of the sea was Lovely.

Everything. Nick was very easy to communicate with before we even arrived and dealt kindly with my questions. On arrival he was there to meet us and explained all we needed to know about the property, pointed out nearby restaurant and where the supermarkets were. The apartment was really lovely; very well equipped; very very clean; comfortable furniture; spacious; fantastic balcony overlooking the sea/beach, great air-conditioning. It requires hard work to keep an apartment like this in tip-top condition and many other hosts could learn a lot from how wonderful this apartment is. It was also great to be able to have a secure garage space for our rental car - well worth the 6 euros per day.

“Stunning spacious modern apartment with a beach view”

This was a light airy modern apartment with beautiful decor and a fantastic location on the cliff (exactly like on the pictures) with the sea view and a picturesque beach (with a bar) right on the doorstep. The two bedrooms were both en-suite, there was a well-equipped kitchen and a huge terrace. We also loved the outdoor swimming pool that was never busy and there was a paddling pool for the little one too. We appreciated the opportunity to borrow parasols and beach chairs from the apartment when we went to the beach. There was also free parking available just outside the apartment complex. A really good Mercadona shop was just a short walk away (uphill).
