The property itself was ok & is in a great location. It was comfy & had everything we needed for the week (except a key to the patio door - which is a shame as that is something that drew us to staying there)

Perfect location - close to train station and a lovely walk down to the beach. Beautiful garden area and inside the property was very modern with everything you need.

The bungalove was dirty with mould up the walls .peeling paint in the bathroom. No duvet cover on the bed .tv speaker didn't work .no key for the sliding doors. Freezer in the fridge all frozen up .the electric kettle was dangerous kept coming on it own No clean sheets to change the bed .the whole house smelt foist..was absolutely awful we checked out.early couldn't stand it any longer

“A very sad story about a hoast trying to scam the guests”

The host tried to hoax us to pay extra for the cleaning that is already included in the payment to Booking.com. I have rented so many appartments and never been treatened this way before. Even though we showed black on white that our contract with Booking showed that the cleaning fee was included they made up stories about them having another contract with Booking and that it was Bookings fault and that we must pay the extra fee. Thei ruined our time and took so much of our energy and joy to stay that we really cant recommend anyone to visit these scammers. Be aware and stay away from this appartment. The house was cold and moisty, had mildew behid the sofa maybe because of the cold a moisty environment. a lot of ants even though it was in Mars and the weather was cold and rainy.

The Bungalow was in a quiet gated development near to all the amenities in Arroyo de La Miel. The gardens were lovely and there was a large swimming pool that is currently being refurbished. There is a communal seating area in the garden where we enjoyed chatting to Spanish residents. The bungalow is very modern and well fitted out and decorated. The kitchen looked to have adequate equipment for self catering although we didn’t use these. There are a wide selection of lovely restaurants in Arroyo. Despite an unsettling start we enjoyed our weeks holiday. NB Being on the ground floor you needed ant spray.

“Stylish bungalow in fantastic location”

Bungalow 7 is very stylish with Bosch appliances and an oven which is always a bonus. The location is fantastic! Walking distance to the train station, a major supermarket over the road, and a 5 minute walk into the town of Arroyo de la Miel. The urbinisation is really quiet with lots of green space. Wifi is excellent and works really well.

“Cozy and calm stay, friendly host and good location.”

The location is great if you come with train as the station is just 1min away with supermarket and beach near. With the car it wasn’t hard to find parking in winter. The apartment is nicely decorated and situated in a calm area in the middle of a park which is great. The host was very friendly and responsive!

“Can`t recommend this place to anyone”

At the first evening of our staying in BungaLove the sink and shower started to make funny noices. Next morning the pipes weren't working at all and when you flushed the toilet everything from the sewers went to the tub which was very gross. We contacted the host who promised to take care of it. He told that they had tried to fix it day before, so they knew the situation before we came. We waited till the evening and nobody had come to take care of the problem. At this point the smell started to be so bad that it was almost impossible to stay inside. We contacted the host again who said they can`t do anything today as he promised before. We couldn't stay in the apartment without toilet and shower and tub full, well, you know what. The host promised to refund the two remaining nights so we left the apartment. We never received any refund from the host, and after few days he stopped answering our messages. We also made a complaint to Booking.com but the host didn`t answer to them either. Also before and during all this the communication was quite weird and uncomfortable. When checking-in the host requested for 20€ cleaning fee witch wasn`t mentioned beforehand. Can`t recommend this place to anyone.

“Little gem”

Everything. Good communication with the owner. Good location walking distance to everywhere. Cafes and bars close by and a supermarket across the road. Parking was easy and within 200 meters. Very comfortable bed and living area.

The bungalow was airy and clean and it has recently been refurbished. The lighting was great and the bed was comfy. The bungalow is in a gated private gardens which are well maintained. There are a few bungalows each with their own front door. What you don't get told from the description is the communal gardens is also shared with a tower block, so it is not exclusively for the bungalows. When we were there 3rd to the 12th October the swimming pool was shut and being emptied even though the temperature was 28°. You are not told definite dates of when it is open so we were disappointed that we couldn't use it. This pool is also for the residents of the apartment building and the pool capacity is for 170 people. If that many were in there it would be standing room only. They describe the bungalow has having a terrace, I would describe a terrace as an adjoining outside area to sit out in, but it is really sitting in the bungalow with the sliding doors pulled back which is nice, but because of the amount of furniture they have it is a bit of a squash. You can of course sit in the gardens. We chose Bungalove because of the location, which is literally across the road to the cable cars and the Old Town. There is a rastro(flea market) close by on a Wedsnesday and a traditional market on Fridays close to the station which is also on your doorstep. The beach is a bit of a walk, but we knew that and love walking. The beaches are lovely, there are loads of bars and restaurants and things to do. We have been twice now to Benalmadena and it is a lovely place. We will be going again but not staying at Bungalove mainly because of the parking. Finally, this place is ideal if you don't have much luggage. The communal gardens are really quiet considering the amount of people who can use it but it might get noisy when the pool is in use.

It was in a perfect location, 5 mins to local trains and busses. The apartment was lovely and clean and had everything you needed. In a lovely gated complex with access to a lovely pool.
