“Perfect stay, would happily go back!”

The property was simply fantastic. Great location (other than at the top of a hill lol) with unbelievable views of the ocean, the golf course and the south coast of Spain. Very spacious inside, perfect air conditioning considering how warm the nights got and a massive pool. A lovely little bar area on the outside patio was perfect for sitting out late enjoying the night. I can’t say a bad thing about the place and the incredible service from Leonne and Tristan who were so keen to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We cannot thank you enough! 🙏🏻

“Awesome place”

Amazing villa. It has a great mix of modern and traditional feel. Yes the views are stunning. The location is good. But the most important bit is that this villa literally has everything you will need and more. Every kitchen gadget, every appliance, pool items, basic cooking ingredients, tons of oven ware pans etc. Even bin bags, greaseproof lol. The lower floor storage has more items than IKEA. The rooms have a good layout with most bedrooms having 2 single beds, top floor has 2 doubles and one of the lower ground ones even has a corner sofa. 2 bbq gas and coal - the outdoor area is fullyequipped- pool table and a bar- what more do you need- the seating area from the lounge was our favourite chill out area on an evening.

Amazing views , very private, comfy beds , great big pool even with 8 people. 3 BBQs and a fully equipped kitchen, more than enough cutlery, pots , pans , cookware, etc. Super spacious, we had a group of 8 people, and all had so much space , Had use of the bbq 4 times over the 8 nights , plenty of fridge space for drinks and food. Local shops 5 mins away by car and a Lidl supermarket even closer. Walking distance to many restaurants, beach bars. Easy enough to order ubers. Great garden space, felt very private because it's on the top of the hill so no one is looking down on you. Great AC in all of the villa , always had hot running water and filtered drinking water in kitchen. Plenty of places to sit down to have a meal or relax with a coffee in the morning on the middle balcony. Lit up lovely at night time with all the lights. Lenonne was so nice , very welcoming when we 1st arrived, showed us all around the villa from the PlayStation to the Pool, how to work everything and always made sure we knew that she was only a text or phone call away if we needed anything. Thanks again for having us stay Leonne, would love to come back in the future.

From the moment we made the booking, Leonne the owner couldn't have done more to help facilitate our stay. This was our first trip aboard as a family due to our son having severe complex medical needs so as you can imagine we were very nervous. Leonne sent us contact details for the nearest hospitals and answered any questions we had. She stayed in touch prior to our arrival and met us at the villa at a time convenient to us. Leonne and her son were incredibly friendly and showed us around the villa ensuring we knew how to use everything from the pool to the tv and had kindly tuned the television to English channels. Throughout the stay we knew we could contact them should we need anything and on checking out Leonne was so kind and genuinely seemed interested in how we had found our stay. The villa was superb and had the best stocked kitchen for cooking utensils and crockery I have ever seen. There was plenty of storage throughout the villa and so much space, meaning as two families with a variety of age groups we weren't on top of each other. The pool and hot tub were outstanding and set to the perfect temperature meaning our son could swim even in the cooler weather and all the children used the pool every day. The villa has so many fantastic social areas and you couldn't help but be impressed with the views over the sea and surrounding hillside. The villa may be huge but the décor and furnishings make you feel relaxed and completely at home. The small touches of blankets, towels, toys and books are thoughtful and all add to the experience. For us, safety was a concern due to our son's condition but the alarm set up and door locks meant we didn't worry about him getting outside or near the pool without supervision. You could walk to the beach comfortably in 15 minutes and we also used Ubers which arrived within minutes. The booklet suggesting restaurants and places to go was great and the beaches were beautiful. Would definitely recommend.

Location was great for the views and not far from main town centre of Benalmadena, however there is a steep hill to navigate when returning - we used taxis for return journeys!

“Fabulous family-friendly house, with super hosts!”

The house is absolutely beautiful. Extremely well appointed with everything we needed for our family holiday (which ranged from 2yrs to 75yrs). The pool was a particular delight - we paid extra for heating and it was fabulous. We were all in it every day (and that’s saying something). The house has a lovely feel to it, and everyone felt very comfortable and at home. There are lots of places to eat, and relax without feeling on top of each other. The garden is well maintained, and it was lovely to spend lots of time outside without having to pack a bag for the beach. Leonne is a complete delight and we were absolutely confident that we could have raised any issues with her (although there really weren’t any!) The location is fine - with our family dynamic there wasnt really anywhere we could walk to as a group. Although it is possible for the grown-ups to walk to an excellent supermarket (at the bottom of the hill) and a couple of evening bistros. This was easily overcome through - we hired a car, and when that went back took Ubers into Benalmádena to go out to dinner in the harbour. It cost less than 10EUR each way for 6 of us. The area is very quiet and we had no problems settling our children to sleep for naps and at bedtime (all the rooms have electric blackout blinds which are SUPER). It really is very lovely!

This house was absolutely gorgeous! We were a family of 7 with 2 children aged 9 and 10. There was plenty of room to be together and also take breaks and relax. The pool and garden are breathtaking! The owners, Lonnie and her husband were always quick to respond with any questions. They were very warm and welcoming. The house was spotless!

“One of the best holidays we ever had”

Everything was perfect from a uniquely beautiful view, to all the diverse and different accessories the house had for the kids (books, toys, bed, etc ) to the warm hospitality from Leonne who also gave good tips. It really felt like a home vacation that you could relax. The Villa is beautifully designed and the pool was outstanding. We loved our stay!

Beautiful house with a fantastic view, perfect for our extended family holiday. Felt luxurious but homely and was very well equipped. Plenty of space for everyone for when they wanted some quiet time. The pool and garden area were wonderful.Leonne was very friendly and attentive.
