“The best homestay in Ben Tre”

My wife and I had a great time here. It's basic, as most of homestays, but people booking it should already know it. At the same time is very authentic. It's about 3 km from the city center (market, restaurants, etc.) but you can use bikes for free and be there in 10 minutes. There's Grab operating in Ben Tre as well. It's a bit noisy as people start day early and there's a lot of animals around (dogs, cocks) so earplugs are useful. I really recommend the Mekong Delta boat tour organized by them. We had a great guide and learn, and laugh a lot during the tour. Also, it's worth to take a bike and go to the other side of Ben Tre river - just cross the bridge, go straight on two roundabouts and after the second turn first right. They also helped us with other things, e.g. ordered a shuttle bus for us and even took us to a meeting point to be sure we won't miss it. Graet people and great stay.

Super friendly and helpful, great food, nice tour

Fantastic hosts. Cheerful and good natured. Excellent communication and support with onward travel. The lady of the house is a fantastic cook - the evening meal was amazing. Free use of bicycles so easy access to the local town and area. The accommodation was basic as expected but fantastic value for money.

Loved the breakfast, the AC was excellent, big comfy beds, and good room security. It’s an authentic home experience, and a location away from the city. The owners also cooked dinner for me when I asked them, and it was delicious!

Cường and his mother are super lovely and kind people. We stay just for one night but we uses thair mekong delta river bike tour (which was amazing also thanks to our super guide Mr. Hau) we had awesome time and reccomed it to everybody. They also cook for us a super delicious dinner and breakfast. Here everything is beautiful. We totally reccomend it 100%

The homestay is only accessible by scooter or bike which is so pleasant! It is surrounded by coconut trees and flowers. Cuong is really nice and he is so helpful, he helped us booking our bus ticket back to HCM and took us to the pick up point. The communication was great and the breakfast was good to start the day. I 100% recommend

Calm place for relax, do the yoga, surrounding palm trees, free water, free bikes, very good internet, good breakfast, delicious and huge porcion dinner. I like it very much :)

The Mekong homestay is a peaceful place in the nature. The host is amazing, she really cares about you! And the food was delicious :) The host helped us organising our transfers, the Mekong tour they offer is very nice and the bicycles were free to use. She had always a smile on and was happy to explain us some nice stuff about Vietnam (using google translate)!

We enjoyed our stay very much from the beginning until the end. The neighbourhood and the homestay are so peaceful and lovely. The room was simple but very clean and comfortable. We especially loved the garden and the food. We did a half day cycling and rowing boat tour and it was simply stunning. Cuong and his mother are super lovely and made us feel like part of the family. We would come back any time (and will soon, hopefully) and can just recommend to everyone reading this to stay here for as long as possible.
