Overview
Ecoco Homestay Mekong is a recently renovated campground in Ben Tre, where guests can make the most of its open-air bath and garden. There is an in-house restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. The accommodation features a shared kitchen, a concierge service and currency exchange for guests. Each unit includes a shared bathroom, while some rooms include a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop. At the campground, some units are fitted with a kettle and fruits. If you would like to discover the area, cycling, fishing and hiking are possible in the surroundings and Ecoco Homestay Mekong can arrange a bicycle rental service. Lovely family who runs the hostel and makes you feel part of it. Delicious meals and dinners. They also have free bicycles to ride the area. They offer a lot of activities (river tours, coconut handcraft… extra free), but you can also cook with them for free!

Loved everything about this place. Amy is the kindest person in the world, the boat trip is an amazing experience, and the food is exceptional. I would have stayed a lifetime if I could have aha. Cam on !

“Experience of a lifetime, must visit and do the boat tour.”
The owners and staff are amazing. The food surpasses anything you can get as it is a home cooked meal. The boat tour is a must and unforgettable experience, best life experience ever. Let’s be honest here, the accommodation is very basic so be prepared, shared open air toilets and showers, remember it’s about the experience not the luxury, highly recommend for anyone looking for a genuine Vietnamese experience with a difference.

“Amazing authentic Mekong experience.”
Absolutely amazing hostel, one of the real highlights of my time in Vietnam. What the Hue and Amy have created there is really special. Some of the best food I've had in Vietnam and many of my favourite memories too. They really make you feel so cared for, and it's so easy to meet people there too. Extended my stay to four nights, but could've stayed two weeks!

“True Village Experience”
One of the best experience for me in Vietnam! The family is so kind and positive.If you want to experience local village culture here is true spot.Contact with the owner before coming here and he will describe you short cut and take their transportation service(60k).Do not miss to join their boat tour which was so fun.They have a family dinner every night(100k)and there are 4-5 different dishes which is so delicious.There are free bicycle,free refill and bananas!

Best thing I've done my whole trip to Vietnam ! Got recommended this by a friend and was gonna skip as, whilst the photos are great, the photos will never be able to explain how beautiful the people within this homestay are and how beautiful the memories you will make here are;! If you don't do this, you arent doing Vietnam right ! I met my favourite travelling pal here and now we are wiggling up north together! The family are incredible not only hosts but people in general that really let you into their beautiful world with no judgement ! Best thing I've done in years was come here

Just the best stay & experience I had in my entire trip. I can only highly recommend staying at Ecoco from the warm welcome of the family, the family dinner (best food I had in a long time), and also all the activities the family offer to discover the surroundings. The dorms are simple but very comfortable. The outdoors showers and toilets were super clean as well. I also highly recommend the Mekong Adventure Boat tour - best experience I had in a very long time! I wish I could have stayed longer!
