“Be prepared to pay twice for everything”

I was charged twice for cleaning, tourist tax, and bed sheets — once through Booking.com (where everything was supposed to be included) and then again by email, when they sent me an extra invoice that I had to pay before check-in. I’ve never experienced anything like this before. Totally unacceptable and feels like a scam. Accommodation had water leaks and the fire did not work
