“horrible - never again at this place”
There is nothing I liked here, only because of the hotel location I give one star. Not to mention that same night upon check in, I have received a terrible allergy after dining at their hotel restaurant. Breakfast was of poor choice as soon as I read their menu on the night before. Hence, I haven't used it. Grumpy couple were operating the reception and the restaurant at the same time and there was no welcome/no goodbye attitude. I was able to pay via card for my night, but refused to pay via card but cash at the restaurant which is a door away from the reception!!

“Pros and cons”
Comfortable and soft bed, Good location for visiting the Belogradchik rocks and castle, There's a terrace, You can park your car in front of the hotel free of charge, Warm room, Soft carpet. Overall not bad for a 1-2 night stay considering the good location.
