Very good, modern hotel in the center of Belo Horizonte. The facilities are mostly in very good condition. The large room was exactly as shown in the photos on Booking and had a small balcony and was equipped with a small kitchen with various appliances and a table with two chairs and a sofa. The windows coild be opened wide and have very good curtains for darkening the room. The bed was very comfortable and equipped with high-quality bedding and a mattress. The large bathroom had a good shower with a strong jet and hot water at all times. The towels were of high quality. The staff at the reception and in the breakfast room were mostly very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness throughout the hotel, especially in the room, was excellent. WiFi was reliably available throughout the hotel. Exceptionally good and lovely presented breakfast, which can be enjoyed in a beautiful breakfast room, both indoors and on a terrace. The coffee itself was very good

The rooms are two story suites. Very stylish and lots of space. The hotel is located by the restaurant and bar area of Belo Horizonte.

Helpful and efficient reception staff. Suite spread over 2 floors was an interesting experience but was not particularly visitor friendly. Breakfast was excellent and staff were very cheery and helpful.

The street view from the rooms (balcony), the size of the rooms, the daily room cleaning, the breakfast was very good and sufficient, the very helpful and very attentive staff. The location - good walking distance to Minas Centro Convention Center (19th International Congress of Speleology) and to the museums in that area.

The location is nice in Lourdes area, the room/appartments are nice (decoratin slightly outdated) but very confortable for a couple of days in town
