“Very happy with my stay”

Very friendly staff, comfortable bed and good shower. The breakfast was very good, with local products. I had an issue with the air-conditioner and staff was very helpful to promptly solve it.

The hotel charged me from the credit card even one day prior to the free cancellation day! Even though they refund it after check out. But it still made me lose some money due to the bank charges and exchange rate loss because I used the international credit card. This is very unfriendly to a foreigner.

The workers were very nice and friendly. The breakfast had a fair amount of options, although I met the same rice pudding two or three days in a row. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious.

Royal boutique was amazing at surprising us for our honey moon, such a lovely thing to do!!! Thank you again ❤️ Great sized bedroom, with two doors between bedroom and bathroom. Good view of Belo horizonte. And great location. Also, delicious and complete breakfast, can’t fault. The hotel also has a great restaurant for dinner, with a great wine cellar with options of all prices.

Hotel is a bit tired. I had to wait for a room - i checked in at 17.10. Could not adjust the air conditioning. Breakfast was limited. Had to get a technician to try and connect me to the wifi - none of their standard connections (room number + name, lobby guest etc) worked

The hotel is in a great location! The hotel restaurant was very nice with an excellent wine selection at great price!

Parking is absolutely awful. If anyone needs to use the car often while in BH please go to another place.
