“A nice stay close to Pampulha”
The staff is friendly very attentive and made us feel welcome. The breakfast was very good! It's also very quiet at night which is great to sleep and relax.

“STAY AWAY!!! This place is not what is advertised. It is not the review rate that you see online.”
The location is fine. The cleaning staff were lovely. Besides this, it is an awful hotel.

Everything inside the Hotel, professionals that were working there. It's a comfortable place to stay. Excellent bedroom, plentiful parking as well.

“Not a 4 star and poor service!”
Broken air con, WiFi that didn't "reach" our room, staff that were rude and unhelpful. Booking.com should have known this is not a 4 star and should not list as such. Organised a family reunion here and I felt ashamed of having booked this hotel. Would not recommend staying here.
