“Pls don't charge my credit card as you want”
I checked in Mercure Belo Horizonte Lourdes in 20 of January, I reserved from booking 5 rooms, I paid 4 rooms, one of my colleague paid for his room. When I checked out in 22 of January, your hotel charged automatically from my card for the room of my colleague that already paid. Also one of my colleague Elmer had consumo of two waters, but he paid when checked out, but this consumo also charged form my card.
