“Marvellous, Amazing, I loved the loft.”
Excellent loft for remote work. The Wi-Fi was listed at 9.8 Mbps on Booking but I measured 395 Mbps — absolutely incredible for video calls, uploads, and working remotely. The Porter Concierge electronic check-in was seamless, no need to coordinate with anyone even arriving at 4:30 AM. The location on Rua dos Carijós in Centro is perfect — walking distance to Mercado Central, Parque Municipal, Praça da Liberdade and Savassi. Complete silence, great for focus. Kitchen saved us a lot on food. The loft is much better than the photos suggest. Lívia (co-host) was responsive on WhatsApp. I stayed 7 nights for R$ 1.700 with Genius discount — exceptional value. Will definitely book again when I return.

“Modern and comfy”
The entrance system to the building via face ID and code number to the apartment were fast and easy. The apartment was super clean and it has all the amenities: cooker, microwave, etc. Also it has a quite strong protable fan, for warm days. The TV is big and the internet connection worked great, super fast and reliable. In general everything was so useful and comfortable to soend a few days.
