Reception staff was good

The apartment was comfortable, and the kitchenette was good for preparing breakfast on the days we chose not to go to downstairs to the restaurant. Good range of choice at the breakfast buffet. Reception staff were usually very helpful, except on one occasion when it seemed to be too much trouble to call a taxi for us. Good laundry facilities in the basement.

“Fantastic 2 weeks in a wonderful Studio apartment in BH”

The staff were exceptional, especially Bruno. I needed some help printing and scanning, it was no problem. Make a reservation at a restaurant for us, no problem. The Residence is welcoming from the moment of entering. There is wine, other beverages and instant dinners in the lobby for purchase if you need them. There are plenty of shops all around, plus a small mall. The famous Central Market is a short walk. The location is well-located to get to the train station or to the area where there are very nice restaurants. I was there for surgery, and the studio provided a perfect, relaxing atmosphere for recovery. There is a laundry room downstairs with everything you need, at an extra charge. The roof garden area is adorable, with the little pool and deck chairs.

Good hotel, fair value for money. The staff is responsive, check-in was very fast. Cleaning and change of towels every day, the room has air conditioning and a small kitchen. Good internet, great location, shopping center and supermarket nearby. The only problem was that the water in the sink drained very slowly. Everything else is good. I recommend considering this hotel as an affordable and optimal option for the price.
