“I would not return to that hotel ever again the cleanliness is very important to me.”
The location is privileged and it is easy to reach downtown by walking. The breakfast was rich and fresh with lots of variety.

“unfriendly, unhelpful inconsiderate staff”
inconsiderate staff, not friendly to tourists, not friendly to tourists who are not fluent in Portuguese. key for door was not working properly had to continuously go back and forth to front desk multiple times due to unable to open the door. they never apologised, indicated I have to push the door extremely hard to gain entry, even after explaining I was recuperating from surgery and was unable to do so.
