“Vivenzo was so amazing that I'm booking my stay again there 😊”
The breakfast is really nice as it says, they have all the "treasures" from Minas Gerais (pão de queijo, bolo de fubá, cafezinho fresco, etc). The location is also fantastic, as it is located in Savassi (the heart of Belo Horizonte) close to many cool pubs and restaurants. The receptionist (Fábio) was super kind, sympathetic, professional and gave me very clear information about my stay.

O requested a phone call from the manager to resolve a situation caused by an employee and he he replyed to me in a written message on WhatsApp the he had no time but if I wanted I could write him a message. I thought that was extremely disrespectful and chosen not to write since he had no time. Just looked for other options

Breakfast was excellent however they were short on staff and that were time that you had to wait for food or utensils to be replaced, table wasn’t clean it was crazy both days I stayed there last time
