“Comfortable, well equipped apartment at the heart of the popular Savassi district.”
Excellent location in the popular Savassi central district close to many bars and restaurants. The apartment is privately owned within the Max Savassi aparthotel and is situated at the quiet rear of the building on the 14th floor with good quality kitchen equipment, bed linen, towels etc. It looks out towards the nearby Patio shopping mall which has a large supermarket. The facilities in the apartment are excellent. A small maintenance issue with one of the TVs was resolved immediately by the owner contacting the maintenance team. A delicious breakfast is available (not included in the accommodation rate) at a very reasonable price (38 reais at the time of writing) in the building’s restaurant.
