“Very organized staff and all issues were solved quickly”
the staff is exceptionally welcoming and helpful. there was an issue in my room with hot water. they not just started to solve the problem immediately, but also relocated me to new room and offered refund. comfortable beds. spacious rooms. lots of storage.

All the staff people were very kind and quickly resolved the issues, the room was clean, the restaurant was very good and the hotel was within walking distance of UFMG.
