The location is very good for those who are doing business on Pampulha. Quick lift to 9th floor, check in fast, also checkout was fast. Reasonable stay

“Amazing”
Everything was amazing, the staffs was super friendly and helpful. I would like to mention the Staff Housekeeping EMILLY SINDIORRANY. I was staying in the floor 11 and she was responsible for maintaining corridors and room’s tidy. I have to say that she did and amazing job during my stay and she’s a very hard worker.

we ended up not staying because my partner lost his documents with the uber and we went through a super stressful situation trying to get it back. Police officers around, etc. the staff were so fantastic and understanding, really helped us. Francisco and Anderson, thank you so much, I feel bad for all the hassle we caused but they were absolutely amazing. We would definitely stay with you again in the future. Thanks
