“Lovely Rustic Hotel in the centre of a pretty town”

Really lovely hotel in the center of Belmonte. We had a top / 2nd floor room and we had our own separate sitting room. The staff were really friendly. Breakfast was great, lots of choice of cold meats and cheeses, cereals, biscuits and toast, with 5 different types of olive oil. The hotel is spacious and light and bright and airey. Parking was great, huge car park with an electric gate accessed with our room key. I like these types of rural rustic styled hotels, bit old fashioned with nice rustic furniture. But if you are looking for the sort of cream and grey large chain hotel with everything matching then this is probably not the place for you. We visited in march and it was quite cold but the hotel was lovely and warm and inviting. We didnt bring our dog, but this hotel also allows dogs.

“Charming hotel in historical palace truly caring about its customers”

We picked this hotel based on location in Belmonte (not hard, the place is small enough) and the description, picking one of the superior double rooms – well worth it, in our opinion. The historical building is very nice and has very pleasant public areas – the photos you see are truthful. Parking is easy once you have access to the indoor parking lot, which has more spacey places than many others we have been to. The mattress of our bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the – rather soft – sofa and big TV to follow some of the coverage of the Artemis 2 flight around the moon. Since Belmonte off-season has very limited dinner options early in the week (do check!) it was really helpful that the hotel provided a common zone with microwave, plates, cutlery and a honesty bar with some beverages. The real reason, though, to take this hotel was extremely friendly staff who did their best to have us enjoy our stay and feel comfortable while we explored Belmonte and the area. We speak Spanish, which may have helped, but the friendliness and attention were outstanding. All this on top of an excellent price-quality ratio.

Fabulous interior courtyard. Great location adjacent the church and not a long walk to the castle. Helpful staff and fresh breakfast. Beautiful interior seating area and rear garden. We have booked another visit.9

“A lovely traditional Spanish hotel”

The hotel was great. It was a typical Spanish building with lots of charm. Although the ladies did not speak English and we only spoke a little Spanish we got by. There is a fridge in the communal space which has beer, soft drinks and water in it. An honesty box arrangement applies. There is also a coffee machine and microwave for use. We could see the castle from our window and if you walked up the side of the hotel, there was a convent and you could see the castle. Breakfast was good. No hot items but there was cereal, fruit, pastries, bread together with cheeses and meats. The toaster was good too. The room wasn't huge but big enough for us and the bed was really comfy. The shower, although over the "bath" was powerful and hot. Finally, the parking was grest. The garage was huge and the parking spaces were big. We loved it.

“Belmonte bliss”

Very quaint, quirky hotel but so lovely. Receptionist (male) was super friendly and welcoming. Belmonte is a one-horse town, very quiet, not busy and a lot of places were closed on Tuesday whilst we were there. A great stopover en route to Murcia.

The hotel was quite amazing, did not expect the size of rooms or courtyard reception. Under ground secure parking garage. The breakfast was excellent. Staff friendly. The castle would have been worth a visit if we had time. Worth the visit, for the unique hotel.

“A Memorable Stay with Exceptional Service and Stunning Views”

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They were incredibly helpful in recommending and even booking a fantastic local restaurant for dinner. Additionally, they were more than happy to store my heavy luggage, which made my day much easier. The hotel’s location is unbeatable—situated right next to the famous Belmonte Castle, offering direct, breathtaking views of this historic landmark from the rooms. The facilities were also very clean. Breakfast was on the simpler side, but everything was fresh and made with local produce. Another big plus: the hotel offers underground parking free of charge, which was extremely convenient. One of the highlights for me was how well soundproofed the hotel is. As a light sleeper, I greatly appreciated the peaceful, quiet environment. It was easy to relax and enjoy uninterrupted rest. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area—perfect location, great service, and genuine comfort.
