The shower ĝ broken and the lamps on the bedside drawers didn't work.. 1 was missing the globe. The chairs and table were rushed and also peeling off

Me and my 10 yr old daughter dont like the man smoking drugs in the room next door and all of his smoke and drug smoke is coming into our room and we're breathing it in. When I asked for help from the lady at the front was reluctant to help saying she couldn't smell it.

Location was great suited our purpose. Although dated the room was pleasant and very clean. Well provisioned with microwave kettle and toaster . Also supplied plates and cutlery which was good.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, which really added to the whole experience. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a deluxe room, it was so spacious and comfortable. The beds were large and extremely cozy. The spa was a fantastic added bonus. Lovely little balcony with a lake view. Air con that we could control the temp ourselves. Everything felt very luxurious. Extremely quiet even though on a busy road. Don’t judge it by the exterior, the room was fabulous!

It is good value for money, a good size, very clean and friendly staff. It is on the main road but you don't hear the traffic.

This is budget accom but the family room is a good size, has a kitchenette and table, was clean and tidy and beds were comfortable
