“Relaxed and peaceful hotel”
Bay House has the most relaxed vibe to it which was exactly what I was looking for and lovely decor. Beautiful views over Grande Anse bay and very friendly staff. Lovely room and very clean.

“The staff were the highlight of our stay in this charming guest house.”
The inclusive continental breakfast was simple, but the filter coffee jug was very welcome especially as Bay House was very quiet in terms of other guests. The optional extra of cooked breakfast was very welcome and we also enjoyed the various lunches available especially the executive chef's Grenadian specialties. All of the staff were wonderfully friendly and welcoming. Our first night coincided with a cocktail evening by the pool which the management attended and made a real effort to talk to us. The view is outstanding and the quirky interior styling of the basement bathroom in our suite made it a memorable stay.

“Gorgeous views with friendly staff”
The views were amazing and lovely to watch sunset from our balcony or by the pool. The staff are so friendly and helpful, even dropping us and picking us up from different places other than the set shuttle stop (if we were the only ones). We had a huge room and the pool is open 24 hours a day. Helpful when our son was poorly one day, sorting him out with a local remedy. Really enjoyed chatting to the staff and getting their recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to eat at.

I really enjoyed staying here, the staff was very welcoming and assisted with any request we had. The view of Grand Anse Beach was truly fantastic. The continental breakfast was great along with the add on's like eggs, bacon, sausages, etc. Our room was very clean from the first day we arrive to the last day we left. Good job by the cleaning staff.

“Great value and lovely decorated boutique hotel.”
For the price and what you get it was great value. All reception staff were absolutely amazing!!!!! Simone from the restaurant was also amazing and the cleaning lady. Nice comfortable bed, Tv had loads of options to watch and room had breathtaking view. Lovely decorated lounging area, very comfortable furniture. Ice machine in the restaurant area was handy. Breakfast was nice I enjoyed the omelette. Hotel views were incredible.

Generally enjoyed my stay during Spicemas in Grenada. Staff were friendly and helpful. The building was beautiful with an old colonial charm. If you’re out and about and just need a place to sleep this would be suitable. Great view overlooking Grand Anse beach.

The location was beautiful but high on the moutain. Therefore, if one didn't have a car it might feel cut off as there are no restaurants/bars in the vicinity

We were charged $70 US dollars over the agreed price and we when we asked to get the money that we paid in overprice returned they agreed to return the money but never did it.

“Not worth it”
Small hotel, nice view and pool. The maid was the only member of staff who seemed to care about her job and went to effort to make your stay lovely - everyone else acted like they hated their job.

The view was breathtaking and the staff, so lovely. I think this is because it is a smaller hotel so they treat you more like a friend, than just a guest or number. I loved it there.
