The apartment was clean. The downtown is very close. There is more the enough room.for a couple.

The property is really located, just a short walk from Belluno train station and a 5 minute walk into the centre of Belluno. Whilst it is a compact apartment it has everything that you might need for a short stay in the area and is really good value for money. Customer service was great throughout our stay. :)

We rented the Standard Studio and One Bedroom apartment as part of our stay for the Winter Olympics, for 2 adults and 2 children. The apartments were perfect! Great location about a 5-10min walk from Belluno Station and to the restaurants/bars and shops in town. Was an ideal base to catch trains to Ponte nelle Alpi. The accommodation was clean, modern, and really well cared for. Beautiful decor and styling. Shame we were here for only 2 nights! We were fortunate that the two apartments were opposite each other so could close the external door and keep the studio doors open, making it flow through. Melissa was an excellent host! Great and easy communication before, during and as we left. Check in really simple through contacting her and accessing keys and reverse for check out. Melissa helped with any questions we had before and during our stay. WiFi was great to have as well. If we ever come back to this area of Italy (which we hope to!) We will definitely use Melissa and stay in these apartments again 😊

Newly renovated apartment in the heart of Belluno. The property has everything you need you might need, ever fully equipped kitchen to fix a quick breafast or dinner. The bathroom is spacious and the water pressure was perfect. Melissa is a super attentive host and offered us a free parking to leave the car for the day after we checked out. We absolutely loved the apartment and wished we could stayed longer.
