As seasoned travelers who rarely write an opinion, we felt compelled to respond to a subpar experience at this hotel. This is a traditional Italian hotel that is a bit out of sync with the expectations of an international clientele. For the price, we found our welcome by hotel staff lukewarm and the quality of the room mediocre (plastic glasses, missing bath towel, lack of hangars, air-conditioning right over our heads), despite the cleanliness. Hopefully, the hotel can improve its welcome and invest in higher quality equipment (real drinking glasses, for example) before the Winter Olympics.

Very good breakfast with plenty of options. Very central location with easy access to bus and train stations and to Piazza dei Martiri.

Stayed for two nights, clean rooms, friendly staff, I was allowed to take my gravel bicycle in the room, good coffee, standard breakfast

Central location in town. Parking is a problem though. Paid parking nearby, just a few free spots so it’s a challenge. Room was nice, loved the AC. Breakfast was very basic. Nice ladies working there but very plain room, nothing dressed. It would be easy to dress this up more. Staff was kind (one more than the other, but nonetheless fine)

The receptionist, Matel and the kitchen side Danielle and Jullie they are amazing staff. They approach you in a politely way and entertain you well.

Conveniently quite near the train station. It was easy enough to make a day trip to Erto and nearby mountains (Monte Borgà) with public transport even though it was off-season. Helpful staff.

It was great to book very last minute, me and my daughter got stranded at Belluno because we missed the last train back to the city where we were staying, the room was big, the person at reception was very nice and helpful, she brought us extra pillows, towels, and extra sheets. it was comfortable and great location, super close to the train station.
