The host is a very nice lady. Although we had language barriers but we manage to communicate both ways what we wanted to say. The host was attentive and helpful. Breakfast was well catered with everything prepared fresh. The view of the Belluno Mountain was great.

Flexible check-in. This was much appreciated when our flight was delayed meaning after 2200 arrival. Great views - overlooking Dolomites range above Belluno. Excellent breakfast - particularly liked the homegrown figs & cheese + salami produced on the farm. Owner seemed a lovely lady.

Beautifully kept rooms with ensuite bathroom and stunning view of the valley and mountains. Rooms cleaned each day. Communication still effective despite English/Italian slight language barrier. Lovely and ample breakfast provided with hot drink, breads and spreads and more. Quite and respectful area in a serene part of the town.

We felt right at home from the moment we arrived - the host welcomed us with tea and biscuits and made sure we had everything we needed. The place is very cosy, in a quiet area with a beautiful view from the balcony. The breakfast was also great especially the homemade cake. I'd definitely come back next time I travel to this area.
