“Traditional Normandy Cosy Cottage.”
We especially liked the traditional Normandy building, the ripe cherries growing on the trees and the rural setting. We liked the comfortable beds and the effective air conditioning. We also enjoyed the provision of a fridge with freezer box, the excellent shower, coffee machine and kettle, the provision of tea, coffee and sugar. The supply of games was appreciated although not used on this occasion. It was good to have a tv. We also had a warm welcome on arrival.

“Peaceful rural setting”
The location well into the countryside with historic farm buildings and walks was good. The garden is lovely with plenty of space to sit outside. We found the best restaurant for lunch close by at Menil de Briouze called Le Faim. The village at Bellou is a 30 minute walk away and there is a bar/restaurant and a shop. Wood for the fire was welcome, and the hosts were kind.

“Delightful property in a stunning tranquil setting.”
We loved everything! It was perfect, set in a peaceful location, cosy wood burning stove, tastefully decorated and fully equipped. The garden was beautiful, the owners were welcoming and friendly without being intrusive. We will definitely return to this delightfully quaint little piece of Normandy.

“A lovely little home from home.”
A lovely little home from home! The hosts were welcoming and on hand when needed. The little house was nicely decorated with period accessories and the owners left some local apple juice and biscuits for us. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The WiFi was good. We had 2 seating areas outside and there were outdoors games available. It was a good base for us to get to know a little more about the Suisse-Normande area.
