We had booked a suite in order to be able to cook, but there were no cooking utensils, plates nor silverware. The gym was a low point. One broken gym machine and no dumbbells or other weights. The hotel is in the middle of an area with many homeless people.

“Happy to stay”
Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not very good, should be freshly cooked and more options for fruits. Rooms are good sizes but carpets not clean.

Did not stay as when reached there , was no hot water Very very upset as travelled all the way for this , not acceptable . No remorse from receptionist

“Good hotel”
Really liked the fact that they accommodated us and allowed to change the date by 1 day due to weather. Check-in was good, location was central. Overall we had a pleasant stay and can come back again

Keys did not work, had to get new sets 3 times. Room was not serviced for 1 night and we had to notify the desk to have the room cleaned the next day.

“Passable”
I had booked a handicap room or one next to elevator. When we arrived the desk clerk said that wasn't on their notes and there was no handicap room available. the room we got was way down the hall. The bathroom did not have a raised toilte so was hard to use. The continental breakfast was poor. No yogurt

breakfast is better, being the buffet style, but eggs were a bit "crusty" and hard...also browning the taters and a breakfast meat of some sort would be great!
