Overview
Set on a 100 acre property with 3 fully self-contained chalets, Promised Land Retreat is located 15 minutes' drive from Bellingen Town Centre and 45 minutes' drive from Coffs Harbour Airport. Guest can relax on their private terrace and enjoy the panoramic mountain and bush views. Each chalet also has barbecue facilities, a fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioning and a spa bath. Free WiFi is included. Promised Land Retreat has a full sized tennis court, bicycles and a shared games room with laundry facilities attached.

“Calming, restoring and simply breathtaking!”
The setting was absolutely breathtaking. You walk in the door and look right out to the Hinterland rainforest. Instant calm! The facilities are outstanding. I have done a lot of travelling and this would have to be at the top of my list! Dont hesitate to book this property as it is 10 star plus!!

“Beauty untouched, hidden gem nestled in wilderness”
The scenery from the Ridge chalet was amazing. We were there during a thunderstorm and passed the evening away watching lightning stretch across the night sky. Only to be woken in the morning by the singing of kookaburras. Promised Land Retreat is beautiful for being so untouched and allowing land and water to converge so we can all marvel at how nature flourishes when it's left to its own devices.

“Peaceful mind setting in the midst of prosperity”
Very quite but well presented by Suzie and John. In the morning, kangaroos wake us up, we were sitting on balcony with cup of tea and watching the mist transform into clouds. It’s not planned on our list but end up being the most memorable! Truly special along the way, perfect for relaxation and connection with nature.

“Tranquil with incredible views”
We stayed in the Bower chalet for 2 nights - the views were lovely, the chalet was clean and well-equipped, and the bed was super comfy. It is in a stunning location - only a few minutes away from the Never Never River and a 10-15 minute drive from Bellingen. The chalet was very tastefully decorated with plenty of places to sit and relax both inside and outside, and we loved the morning sun that streamed through the floor to ceiling windows!
