The location of the hotel is nearby or walkable to areas of shopping and food. There are ample parking too.

The room was spacious. Location is about 15min walk to Bellevue shopping centre. Its also close to the bus transit terminal and Bellevue downtown light rail which was recently opened.

I didn’t like the location of the breakfast plus the manager didn’t inform and started packing the breakfast back. No smile no hello

Beds are very comfortable (and large), the staff is super nice and helpful, easy access to most tourism spot in less than 30 min by car

terrible service. for my entire stay at the hotel. no one came to clean. i called reception several times, but everyone ignores my requests. i just threw towels and bed linen out the door, and found carts with everything myself and cleaned my room myself.

The receptionist is skilled and deserves to be honored. He made it easy for us to communicate and check in, even though we do not speak English. Thank you very much. We will come back again.

“It was simply awful”

Rooms need renovation. Terrible service. I had a problem with my card. I complained and they didn't solve anything. They even kicked me out of the hotel and didn't accept my reservation through BOOK.

“Price was not the same as original quote so won't be back”

Doors to building didn't have locks and anyone could come and go into the building, No breakfast unless you were there right at the beginning. We saw one couple leave with pretty much everything on the table and left nothing. You need to control that somehow

I have been so mistreated in this hotel since I arrived

I had problems since I arrived at the hotel. The employees at reception were very inconsistent with me, they put money on my card, I went to complain, they didn't solve anything, I was even kicked out of the hotel as if I wasn't paying the daily rates, I thought it was prejudiced because I'm Brazilian and I don't speak English fluently.

“Misleading”

The outside door that is supposed to be secured was NOT! Access to the pool was blocked off, so would have needed to walk all around the whole building. The breakfast was a joke! Had to go elsewhere for breakfast 😩

“Good location but needs updating”

The location was good. Walking distance to shops. Takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to the shopping area. About that to walk to trader Joe's and target in opposite direction. Did let us check in at 12 after our long flight.

It was called a grab and go breakfast a few snacks in a bag breakfast to me is hot. However, the food was nourishing, and there was protein included.
