My stay at this hotel was a frustrating and disappointing experience. While Steve at the front desk was professional and helpful during check-in, the rest of the staff failed miserably in providing even basic hospitality. The hotel charged a $75 per night deposit for incidentals, which I was told would cover parking fees. However, parking fees were charged separately in an additional transaction without any clear explanation. The buffet experience was no better. The buffet attendant and cleaning staff were outright rude, raising their voices at guests and creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and shows a lack of training and management oversight. To make matters worse, the hotel withheld an amount equal to 50% of my three-night stay, and this deposit has yet to be refunded. Such mismanagement and negligence are appalling and unacceptable. Steve is the only reason I’m not rating this even lower, as he was the only person who showed professionalism and tried to make the check-in process smooth. Unfortunately, one good employee cannot compensate for the overall terrible experience this hotel provided.

“Enjoyable stay.”
The breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed the hot food especially the omelet station. The location was ideal for our purposes. The facilities were clean. A real great treat was the Manager's reception in the evenings where we got to enjoy a bottle of beer each.

The Inside of hotel beautiful, the bed was very comfortable, area outside beautiful. Happy hour but only get 2 free drinks. Limited to what they have at the time.
