“Excellent place to stay at Lake Como”

The apartment is extremly well equipped, it was very comfortable. Ivi was very attentative and the communication in the lead up and throughout the stay was excellent. Ivi had left a bottle of prosecco in the fridge and some snacks - this is a really nice touch and was enjoyed looking at the view from the garden area. The seating area down by the lake was very relaxing and we enjoyed sitting there watching the world go by. The apartment was close to the ferry (500m) and the supermarket is also close by. The train station is a 2 minute walk away but you dont hear the trains going by.

“Home away from home”

The kitchen was extremely well appointed, it was like a home away from home. It was close to the station and a reasonable walk to the foreshore where we caught the ferry. Also close to the supermarket. The hosts were very generous with supplies like oil, vinegar, spices etc which made food preparation a joy. There were many games and selection of cups and glasses for many settings and children’s amenities, almost too much for a short stay but I imagine it would have been great for a family with children, (although I don’t know where they would sleep? )

I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel - it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beautiful view and excellent location - literally just a 1-minute walk from the station - are huge advantages. Additionally, the great contact with the host makes the stay even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for accommodation in Bellano for 2–3 people, you definitely won’t be disappointed!

“Amazing property”

The owner was very thoughtful- she gave us detailed information from the moment we arrive at the station (including a video to walk from station to the property) to getting the keys from the key lock. The property has everything one would need for a comfortable stay. The owner even left us a bottle of Prosecco & snacks. The place is just so beautiful & would definitely consider the property again.

Location

A wonderful place to stay while exploring the surroundings of Como. Right next to the bus stop and train station. The lake is just a few steps from the terrace. Inside, you’ll find everything you need — just like at home, down to the smallest details. There’s no need to bring any toiletries, as everything is provided. Communication with the host via WhatsApp is super easy and convenient. Thank you!

Bellano is far quieter than other towns and the accommodation is in a quiet part of Bellano… so some peace and quiet are to be expected. It has its own little beach and grassed area on the lake which is perfect for a sunset vino or two.

We arrived with a hearty welcome provided with ice cold drinks in the fridge and a snack on the table. This spotless clean apartment has everything you need, the friendly host has thought of everything for humans and their furry Family member. The beds are comfortable as is the shower in the spacious bathroom. We loved sitting on the beautifully decorated terrace. Ideally located as there are plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from just a short walking distance away. We can definitely recommend Il Porticciolo

Great location, a few steps to the train station and bus stop, with easy to reach shops and restaurants near by. Wonderful host, very easy to communicate to and very friendly and helpful. Bellano is a wonderful little town, quieter and more peaceful than other more well known locations on Lake Como, but definitely is worth a visit.

The apartment had everything you need, and the host Ivana was wonderful and very responsive. She even left us a bottle of wine and some snacks and made sure we have all the information beforehand. The apartment was clean, the location perfect!

The place is way better than the pictures, even though the bed is the couch, it is extremely comfortable as it has an inbuilt mattress. Also there is a lovely terrace from which you can see the lake and there is a small private beach right in front of the house parking. The host was beyond welcoming, she gifted us a bottle of wine and some snacks :) I would come back there again, highly recommend!
