The location was absolutely amazing , the view from the terrace was out of this world. The room itself had everything we needed and was very clean. The host was great and gave us tips of where to go for food and supermarkets etc.

The location was perfect, with gorgeous views of the lake from the large terrace. Short walk to the centre of Bellano. Across the road from the railway station. The interior is modern with an induction hob and contemporary bathroom. The host was very helpful and met us at check in to talk through access to the building and give us some recommendations. Bellano is the perfect place to stay, quieter than neighbouring towns, and only a short train or ferry ride from Varenna.

The view. Location location location. Away from the hectic touristy Varenna but a quick frequent train hop to anywhere! Private terrace, walk to shops & bars, beautifully loved and looked after. Fabulous, comfortable, private… it was fantastic! If it’s available book it.

The view from the terrace was incredible. The host was the best ever. She was super nice and helpful. We got some snacks in the room, which was very nice too. The train station is literally 3mins away from the room and it takes 5mins to get to Varenna. I recommend staying there!

“Simple accommodation with a beautiful view on the lake”

Host was welcoming and provided contact details if we needed anything extra. Room was simple with large separate bathroom. Property is on the lake with beautiful views and ability to take a swim right outside your back garden. Note it’s a public space so locals like to come down and swim or relax here too.

“Incredible stay”

This was the best property we have yet to stay in whilst travelling. Elena greeted us on arrival and explained where everything was including the incredible view across the lake. The property was close to the ferries and train station which was ideal for travelling around Lake Como

Loved the location, the bed and terrace so much we will certainly return. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We had everything we needed and not only was it on the Lake it was also opposite the train station.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this apartment! The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view of the lake from the terrace. Waking up to that breathtaking view every morning was a dream come true. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect - quiet and serene, yet close enough to explore the local attractions. The owner was friendly and responsive, making the whole experience even better. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable getaway!

Good location, clean and great view

Host - Caterina and Massimo were very good. Caterina even came to pick us up from lecco when the train services were interrupted. Views are unmatched. I suggest staying here than varenna as this is much more beautiful and offers privacy as well.

Location. 3 mins to the train station, beautiful view from the terrace. There is only one apartment there for guests, so you literally have a terrace to yourself. The family lives upstairs. Bellano itself is a great place to stay. Charming, but more local and calm than other touristic places nearby.

Was great to be overlooking the lake. Fantastic views and very peaceful, could even swim if you wanted to (a tad cold at our time). Was a comfortable stay with good facilities and plenty of information from the owner. We really liked Bellano too for its ambience. Wish we could have stayed longer!
