The apartment is cosy and clean. Situated in a great location, 2 min walk from port and 5 min to train station with plenty shops and restaurants nearby. Check in contact less. The host left a lot of information about places to visit, maps, and the navigation program.

Bellano is a fantastic, quiet town on the edge of Como and this property was ideal for quick and easy access. The properly was clean, spacious and comfortable.

It is located in a good area, very close to everything. You are 1 minute away from the restaurants, gellato shops and the promenade of Bellano. The apartment is quite comfy and has everything you need. Simone also told us who we should talk to when I asked for car dental in Bellano. Thank you for that!

First time staying on East side of Lake Como and relieved we did this as Bellagio and Varenna have nowbecome unaffordable, been ruined by overtourism, and unfortunately lost their Italian charm. Bellano remains an Italian town with good options to visit these other touristy places

There are no AC in the bedrooms so you can not close the windows and the street is very loudy due to the restaurants and we were hearing all the noises until 4am

“Great new fresh apartment”

Super apartment with a great location in Bellano. Newly renovated and fresh, just one minute from the lake, seven minutes to the train station and three minutes to the boat. Very good communication with the owner. The bed was super comfortable.

“Home near the lake”

We found the apartment to be newly modernised, clean and located in a very lively area of Bellano with a restaurant and kitchen just across the passageway (it closes around 11 30pm at night). We only stayed one night and so did not use the kitchen to cook, however there are lots of very helpfull pieces of equipment and other items such as washing up liquid etc provided. The shower worked very well and it's very handy if you're travelling to have the washing machine in the bathroom; we also found a very useful ironing board and iron. The window shutters are very good for keeping the hot sun out and taking advantage of the breeze that blows off the lake to cool everyone in the warmer months. Everything you need in Bellano including being on the beautiful lake side is just a few steps away from the property. We found the self check in to be very easy with excellent communication, responsiveness and instructions from the Host. We very much appreciated the kind thought of leaving some mineral water in the fridge.

Amazing location, only few steps from the lake and bars, restaurants as well. The ferry port and train station both very close, supermarket as well just a few minutes by walk. Very clean and comfortable apartment, we would definitely choose next time again! The automatic check-in was so easy and the host is very kind and helpful. It was a perfect base to explore the lake.

Everything was perfect, great location so extremely helpful with our bags and trip from the station. Little extras in the fridge and very comfortable linen and towels. Highly recommended so close to everything.

It was in a perfect location in Bellano, one minute away from the lake, two minutes away from the ferry and approx 7 mins away from the train station. It is close to amazing restaurants, shops and everything else you need. It's easy to access the other local towns (Varenna, Bellagio and Menaggio). The property is in perfect condition and it has everything and more than you need (including a washing machine and iron)!

The house was very clean which was the most important part of the stay, pretty much new stuff and fully furnished. everything we need for cooking was there with good quality. Location was great in center of town and very close to water and everything else, Host sent us the information and videos on how to get to the house and check in (very thoughtful), will recommend. thank you :)

I like the house because its fully furnished! Everything we need is there. Brand new house. We were able to cook and the utensils we need are provided. My friends were satisfied of our stay. Best for family and groups. Its near the lake and walking distance to the train or bus station.
