The house is wonderful, it has the view of the lake and mountains on one side and the other, the view of Bellagio town. Location is great, surrounded by great good food and gelatos. You might need to climb the stairs towards her apartment or the alternate way is to walk a round circle, following the drive way on Google maps. The stairs to her residence is inescapable with 5 flight of stairs. The town is very small and you can complete it within 30 mins. Elisabetta was a great host. She showed us where to go and answered all our enquires, including the directions to the laundry. We will definitely love to come back here and stay here again in the future to come. Location is amazing. Would highly recommend. We couldn't connect the WIFI on arrival and the owner was with us within 10 minutes fixing it and gave us loads of lovely recommendations of places to visit.

We had the perfect stay at this location. The apartment was ideally located in Bellagio. Most of the popular food and drink places are only a two minute walk away. It was very clean and well presented. The balcony is also perfect for a couple to sit out on and have a drink in the sun. The owner was also very helpful and went out of her way to make our stay as good as possible. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous apartment in a great area ofBellagio. We could walk to good restaurants and down the steps to the ferry small shops close by where we could buy fruit or milk or water. Plenty of room and good Internet. steps up to the apartment good communication with owner-highly recommended

The location is perfect. Located on the second floor with views of Lake Como from one side and the local church bell-tower from the other. The property is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The location in the town is great. Walking distance to everything. The friendliness of the host Elisabetta is second to none. A laundromat, Pizzeria, Gelateria, Pasta shop and minimart are located either around the corner or just below the balcony. A short trip by boat located at the waterfront and you are at Menaggio and Varenna. Parking is provided at a cost, but reasonable. We loved it. Do yourself a favor and stay here. You will not regret it. We will be back!
