Amazing location. The best views of the lake

“Perfect location, lovely room. I like the vintage details.”

Perfect! Everything we needed. A big bed which slept very well. Matras not to soft not to hard. A kitchenette and table with chairs and a bathroom. All good enough for the time you will spend in the room. Airco worked very well. Host was super kind, gave recommadations to restaurants and they were good! Instructies were very clear. And again location is amazing. Just around the corner a bakery and actually the whole city center! Ferry is only 5 minutes away. I would recommand this place to anyone.

Best location, so close to everything incl restaurants, boat tours, supermarket & with a great view overlooking the lake. The apartment had two sun beds, a comfortable double bed & very efficient (& quite) air conditioning. The host provided clear guidance of how to obtain the keys etc and also offered a space for parking (at extra charge) which was very appreciated since parking is very hard to find elsewhere in Belaggio city centre. The host also pro-actively asked us to reach out whenever we needed.

Location. TOP Location with a garden in the front of the room and two sunbeds for you to relax. A dining table with 4 chairs in the room for you to have a cozy dinner in-room. The room was spacious and location is central to everything.

Fabulous location with amazing view of the lake and glorious sunset. Excellent host who promptly sorted out a minor hiccup with the electric.

Leonardo was such a nice host who answered our messages really quickly and friendly. When we arrived, he called us with clear instructions to get the keys and do check-in and check-out. The apartment itself was a little bit old-fashioned, which we knew beforehand from the corresponding pictures, and in general it was clean and well-equipped. Casina is really well located near the center of Bellagio, and the view from the terrace is absolutely amazing!

The apartment was close by for everything you would need in Bellagio. It was quiet and you have your own little space out front with sun loungers. The views are stunning.

I'd argue you won't find a better location in Bellagio. A stone throw from the main street full of restaurants. But still quiet and private. A lovely surprise view of the mountains and lake from the bedroom window. We loved having our own entrance door and little garden area. The locals are so lovely too. The host was friendly and talked us through everything. The apartment is very typical Italian. It isn't modern but we love the authenticity. Some might not. It is however clean and spacious.

The property is very well positioned, close to the pier and restaurants. Clean and comfortable, it has many home appliances that make your stay nice and comfortable. The view from the garden is also excellent!

What an amazing view! Great location in centre of Bellagio. The area felt safe and the complex secure. Check in was extremely easy. The host met us at the entrance and gave us a good overview of the facilities. Bathtub was a nice treat after a few long days with lots of walking!

The location of this place is amazing!! only 100m from the famous lane in Bellagio! if you have a car then this is place to book as the garage was so handy! the room is a good size and the aircon was excellent! (all our other places didn’t have good aircon)

This place is a small paradise. Every morning you wake up with a picturesque view of mountains. We had everything that we need: comfortable bed, kitchen, fridge, a bathroom and other useful stuff. We also had great neighbours - 3 cats :) The 'Casina' house is located in the central area, so you can reach all must-see places in 15-20 minutes. I will definitely come back to the Casina. I also want to thank the Casina host, who was very kind and helped us a lot with our accommodation.
