Mr. Leonardo is a very polite and pleasant host. He helped with many questions, showed and explained everything. We stayed with a child, and the baby crib was prepared in advance. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and tidy, with everything you might need and even more. A great bonus is the garage — it’s quite long, so even my slightly larger car fit inside. The host personally helped with parking. He always checked if we needed anything and was ready to assist at any time. Highly recommended!

Location was great. Easy to find and access was made easy for collecting key etc. good open plan living area. Plenty of room. Kitchen was useful as we cooked a few meals. Apartment was lovely and cool even without the air-con.

Super clean .. Just 10/10.. best location.. all spots are at walkable distance.. Ac works amazing during summer , mentioning because in Italy during summers Ac give up too … Host Mr. Leonardo is super kind and helpful.. always ready and willing available to help and answer any queries…

Paid but convenient parking was available. Not for the faint hearted driving down a pedestrian mall to access the property. Host was helpful and accommodating. Location was fantastic

“I would not recommend this booking to anyone. Our first visit to Lake Como was not pleasant.”

The check in could have been better. We were told someone would be there to let us into the property. No one was there and there was no code. I had to contact the owner and wait for him to respond. He called me back and then we were provided step by step instructions over the phone to get into a lock box with multiple keys for multiple doors. The owner should have actually been there otherwise he needs to provide instructions ahead of time to access the unit. Aside from the difficult check in, the smell of the unit was horrible. The shared hallway to actually get into the unit stunk of cigarettes. Then when we walked into the unit, there was a wet and moldy stench. We had to open all the windows to let it air out which never really helped. The bed was sunk in the middle. You could tell it was on its last leg and was very uncomfortable for 2 people to sleep on. A hostel would have been more clean and comfortable to stay in.

Perfect location right in town but tucked away so you have privacy from the tourists. Large space feels like home! Easy 2min walk to food and drinks and to the water! Loved that you can open up the windows and get a sea breeze :) Old world charm to the building feels like living like a local which we loved!

Location was good. Otherwise, the facility wasn't very clean. The host was ignorant and impatient. Wouldn't have felt overly safe in this accommodation and the car park was 500m from the accommodation.

-The apartment was big and clean. -Location was perfect for summer, no need for AC -Very well equipped, furnished and modern. -Private and clam. -There was a list of suggestion of the restaurants, we took the advice and it turned out great! -Private parking(next to the apartment, 24 euros/day)
